Transparent Accountable Structured

Every decision is made within a clear framework that protects members and safeguards the Association's reputation.

EXCO Accountability

All sub-committees report directly to the Executive Committee — no committee operates independently.

President's Role

The President participates in all committees as Ex-Officio but holds no voting rights — ensuring balanced governance.

Financial Control

No committee may collect or commit funds without prior written EXCO approval. Zero cash-handling policy.

Terms of Reference

All committees operate strictly within approved ToR — no scope creep, no individual agendas.
